Content will be taken from the workplace toolkit; which contains lots of information and ideas to get moving during the working day. Examples include, sharing what a working day could look like.
Some specific articles will be put together and shared on this site and GreaterSport twitter;
Life Leisure will be doing some online fitness sessions led by Olympic athlete Andy Turner on Friday 29th October to fit in with the message of ‘do what works for you’. These will be ran through the working day and details on how to book will be available on Life Leisure’s What’s On page: https://www.lifeleisure.net/whats-on/.
How can you get involved and support the week
You can support the week by promoting the importance of moving during the day, sharing pictures on social of you and your colleagues moving during the day, promote the workplace toolkit and re-sharing GM content. Please use the hashtag #activeworkplaces and/or #keepmoving depending on your posts.
