Swim Well Manager

Trafford Leisure is looking for an outstanding person to join our team, in the role of Swim Well Manager. We promise a challenging but rewarding role within a Community Interest Company (CIC) that would be adding real value to the Trafford and wider Greater Manchester residents.

We are the largest operator of sport and leisure facilities in Trafford, operating eight indoor facilities, one golf course and driving range and 31 outdoor football pitches, attracting over 2 million visits per year and employing a workforce of over 300 people. The role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Swim Well Manager to join our enthusiastic and friendly team at move Urmston. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing our Swim Well program.

We currently have over 1800 children learning to swim and we are looking for someone with significant experience who can continue to maintain the success of the program and to unleash any further potential.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Delivering inspirational management to your team in the delivery of the swim well brand at your centre.
• To spend time with your swimming teachers to support and guide the team, to bring out their potential.
• To manage our School swimming program.
• To provide feedback and to make recommendations on new initiatives and ideas to improve the operational running of the program/generate growth.

To be successful in your role you must have:

• Flexibility to cover lessons and work different days and times as the business requires.
• Swim England Level 1 & 2 Qualification or equivalent or someone who has a passion for sport and is willing to undertake this training.
• Experience of managing and developing a large swimming program

Location:

Your primary location will be move Urmston although you could be expected to work from our various sites across Trafford although we are happy to work flexibly with you.
