Location: Move Altrincham

Hours: Full Time – 39 hours per week

We are delighted to continue our exciting recruit campaign for our multi-million-pound investment for Move Altrincham. The development of the new centre is well underway, including a state-of-the-art Health and Wellbeing Spa, a 25m swimming pool, 20m learner pool and a state-of-the-art gym and wellness space.

The role:

Our centre-based team of Exercise Referral Specialists play a key role for people with long term health conditions and those who need additional support to become physically active. You will be responsible for delivering our Physical Activity Referral Scheme, a 12-week programme supporting people to improve their physical and mental wellbeing. You will conduct and co-ordinate appointments of referred customers, create personal programmes and offer ongoing guidance adapted to meet each customer’s health requirements. You will also track progress, maintain accurate records in line with GDPR and NHS standards, and assist in reporting programme effectiveness.

What we’re looking for:

We are seeking an ambitious fitness instructor, with a passion for improving people’s health and wellbeing and a desire to help others change attitudes and behaviours, to take on this full-time role. Ideally you will hold a Level 3 Exercise Referral Qualification or show a commitment to working towards obtaining this certification.
