This is a pivotal point in our evolution as Trafford Council invest millions of pounds into the 5 main indoor leisure facilities in Trafford over the next 5 years. The ambitious investment program will see the portfolio of centres transformed into fit for purpose, accessible, inspiring spaces under a new brand of for future generations to come.
Alongside this we need to ensure we have a developed a committed team across Trafford Leisure to allow us to continue delivering the best service to our customer to help create opportunities for them to move more and live longer, healthier, happier lives.
The role:
In this role you will be responsible for running the direct debit process twice a month. This includes the subsequent processes of ADDACS and AUDISS. The role handles a lot of data and requires you to be able to manipulate and format data to successfully collect our membership fees. You will look to build upon our current processes and look for continual improvement in all that you do. Furthermore, you will think about the impact of your role in the wider business, what does the business need? How can I help?
Gladstone is our current CRM system and whilst previous experience using this would be beneficial, there is no requirement for this. An attitude to learn on the job and become a Gladstone expert is what we are looking for. We have an internal “ticket” process where operational staff report any issues that they are incurring when using the system. Your role will be to manage these tickets timely and effectively, escalating when needed to the Gladstone support desk. You will not wait for issues to arise; you will constantly be looking for improvement in our systems and processes and updating our internal trainers in how best to roll our new procedures.
We are looking for motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual’s to join our team at an exciting period of change for Trafford Leisure. To be successful in this role you must have strong excel skills with an ability to handle large amounts of data. With a hands on approach to look for continual improvement in all that you do. Working Hours: 39 hours per week
Primary Location:
Your primary location will be the Support Office based at Altrincham Golf although you could be expected to work from our various sites across Trafford although we are happy to work flexibly with you.
