Eddie Asong

Job role: I lead the finance & accounting function at Greater Manchester Moving. I am responsible for;

• Ensuring that the company has the appropriate financial systems in place to enable to company to operate efficiently
• Ensuring the company is financially compliant with HMRC, Charity Commission and Company House.

Date joined: March 2006

Professional background: Graduated with a degree in Business Finance (Accounting option) in 2005, I pursued a career within accountancy and finance where I worked with ABN AMRO, Manchester City Council and Sodexo Group. In order to enhance my skills within the charity sector, completed a post graduate certificate/CIPFA certificate in Charity Finance and Accountancy from London South Bank University in 2014.

Fun fact: I love table tennis.
